Practice is the practice of barriers. Sometimes when we step out of the usual routine of life, out of our daily habit patterns, and put ourselves into a situation different from what we do every day, then when barriers or challenges appear, they appear with a different face. But we have to understand that they are the same, because challenges–whatever they are–are nothing other than ourselves. And the way we encounter a barrier, the way we practice it and pass through it is the way we live our lives.
